Into the Lender’s Mind is evolving, and so is my work.

A business is a pure strategy game. My strategy is Business Unfair Advantage.
I was a commercial banker, I was a finance broker and now I am a business management consultant.
For the past period, I’ve been writing Into the Lender’s Mind to share how lenders really think:
what they reward, what they question, and what quietly blocks otherwise good businesses from progressing.
That insight came from years inside banking and commercial finance.
But my work has changed.
I’m transitioning from finance broker into business management consulting, working with owners on the structure behind the numbers: operations, cash discipline, decision-making, and execution.
And that requires a wider lens.
Lenders are only one stakeholder.
Real advantage is built inside the business.
